Premium epoxy finish High Build

RV excellent processing premium HighBuild epoxy for finishing wrappings on all types of rod blanks. This epoxy is suitable for processing quite thick and comes in two syringes. Remains flexible, does not crack or tear andf has good UV protection. Exellent levelling and most bubbles disapear by themselves. Use a blue flame or a hairdryer to get rid of last bubbles. Better not continue prosessing when the epoxy gets too thick, mix a new amount.

Processing

- mix well with spatula  1:1 ratio processing temp. preferably above 18 °C but less does not give problems
- processing time approx. 25 min - after applying rotate for 3 to 5 hours depending on ambient temperature
- for rotating use a rod dryer - or use mirror ball motors 3 to 5 rotations per minute
- mix at least a total of 4cc. A + B part in a cup - after the processing check for air bubbles after about 10 min.
- remove the last bubbles using blue flame or hairdryer - dust dry after 4 hours
- preferably apply second layer within 24 hours - full hardening after 48 hours (at 18°C)
- process in a ventilated, sufficiently heated room
- clean tools with thinner - 40cc is generally enough epoxy for 3 up to 6 rods
