Epoxy kit Lite Build

RV excellent processing Lite Build epoxy for finishing wrappings. This is a relative slow epoxy suitable for processing quite thinly. Comes in two syringes 20cc. Features a fine processing epoxy with long processing time. Remains flexible, does not crack or tear and has UV protection. Exellent levelling and most bubbles disapear by themselves. Use a blue flame or a hairdryer to get rid of last bubbles. Better not continue prosessing when the epoxy gets too thick, mix a new amount.This epoxy is less suitable for unpainted blanks (e.g. box weave or unpainted polished blanks). The polar value of this epoxy compared to unpainted carbon is unfavorable and can cause level problems. For unpainted blanks the advice is to use RV high build epoxy.

This set consists of

- two syringes A and B part - a total of 40cc epoxy finish
- four brushes - five mixing cups - three mixing sticks 

Processing

- mix well slowly rotating with spatula 1:1 ratio processing temp. preferably above 18 °C
- processing time at least 40 min - after applying best rotate for 3-6 hours depending on ambient temperature
- for rotating use a rod dryer - or use mirror ball motors 3 to 5 rotations per minute
- mix at least a total of 4cc. A + B part in a cup - after the processing check for air bubbles after about 10 min.
- remove the last bubbles using blue flame or hairdryer - dust dry after 4 hours
- preferably apply second layer within 24 hours - full hardening after 72 hours (at 18 °C)
- process in a ventilated, sufficiently heated room
- clean tools with thinner - 40cc is generally enough epoxy for 3 up to 6 rods
