Alu. anodised spread block

Custom designed by RodVisions, CNC manufactured, anodized marine grade aluminium spread block. Complete with two brass bushings that fit the net arms, the bore 14.4mm fits the two-part net pole in the shop. Very stiff, strong and light. (a synthetic block flexes and bends, making it impossible to make a really stiff and strong net). Top quality, indestructible, simply a block for life.

Dimensions and assembly

- i.d. for net pole 14.4 mm (black and titanium colour fits the 2-piece carbon-kevlar net pole)
- or for thicker net poles with bore 17.1 mm - the bore i.d.  has glue grooves  for optimal connection
- if the pole diameter is too small center/fill out with two narrow strips of tape and glue with epoxy glue
- i.d. alu. bushings for net arms 15.3 mm - brass bushings i.d. 13.3 mm/15 mm o.d. - length 38.5 mm 
- total height of the complete block 97 mm
